- You have up to 14 days to initiate a return of an item from the date your package is delivered.
- The item must be unused and includes all original packaging such as hangtags and shirt labels.
- Cost of the return/exchange shipping label will be deducted from your original payment method prior to receiving your refund.
- Send us an email to your friend@artifactclimbing.com with your customer order number from your order confirmation email along with your reason.
